Throughout my 20-year career as a professional athlete, I learned that success is always
created through people. I served as captain for about twenty different teams—communities where trust, emotion, and leading by example often mattered more than pure tactics.

I believe these same principles apply to any professional environment: individual mental resilience, community well-being, and coherent leadership create the sustainable foundation for peak performance.

In my coaching, I combine my experience as a pro athlete with my training as a mental coach to help organizations and leadership teams grow—both as individuals and as a team. My goal is to elevate performance from the inside out: by strengthening selfawareness, mental resilience, and the power of collaboration.
