Together with Lasse, we built a coaching program focused on teamwork, managing emotions, and how to be the best version of ourselves in every customer encounter. Even after the first day, we were surprised when one of our most experienced sales veterans asked, ‘When can we have more of this? After several sessions, the feedback has been outstanding. Some participants have even shared personal feedback with Lasse about how the coaching sparked a significant turnaround in their lives, which in turn has strengthened their commitment to the company.

Recently, we launched a new program where Lasse, collaborating with a long-term sales professional, has built a curriculum that helps us develop the exact expertise we need to reach our shared goals together.
